2. Shipping Timeline

• India (Domestic): 4–7 business days after dispatch
• International: 10–21 business days depending on destination country and customs clearance

Each crystal is energetically cleansed and packaged with intention — this is not just a delivery, it’s a ritual.

3. Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking link to activate.

4. Shipping Charges

• India: FREE shipping on prepaid orders above ₹999
• International: Calculated at checkout based on location and weight

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the sensitive, spiritual, and natural nature of crystals, we do not accept returns or exchanges once a product has been delivered.

However, we will offer a replacement or refund if:

• You receive a damaged or broken product
• The product is significantly different from your order (e.g., wrong item)

To be eligible, you must:

• Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product
• Share clear photos or videos of the damaged or incorrect item via WhatsApp or email
• Ensure the item is unused and in original packaging

We will review your request and initiate the refund or replacement process within 3–5 working days after verification.

Please understand that natural crystals may have minor inclusions, textures, or variations in color — these are not defects, but signs of their natural origin and energy.

Refund Policy

Refunds (for approved cases) will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
